Principle of high-speed wire bunching machine and copper wire
stranding machine: the copper wire passing through the stranding
bow of the machine is spirally wound together by the joint action
of the circular motion of the stranding bow and the forward
movement of the machine; The stranded copper wire is the place
where the maximum amount of a single copper wire is used. After the
copper wires of different specifications and numbers are twisted
together according to a certain arrangement order and stranding
distance, they will become a conductor with larger diameter. The
stranded conductor is much softer than a single copper wire of the
same diameter, and the bending performance of the electric wire is
also better.
The single line occurs once every fixed distance along the
direction of the strand, and the fixed distance is the pitch of the
strand. Another definition of stranding distance: refers to the
vertical distance of the stranded wire body forward after every 360
degrees of rotation along the stranding axis, in mm.
