The annealing tinning machine is suitable for heat treatment
(annealing) and tinning continuous production of hard round copper
single wire, and can also be used for separate heat treatment
(annealing) production of round copper single wire.
The annealing tinning machine is composed of heat processor,
pickling tank, tin furnace, lead roller and take-up machine.
The heat processor includes an annealing furnace, a cooling tank
and an oven. The annealing method adopts thermal constant
temperature type, and the maximum annealing temperature is 800 ℃.
The appropriate temperature can be set according to different wire
diameters and controlled automatically.
The cooling tank adopts overflow water cooling type to restore the
copper wire to normal temperature. The baking oven is of electric
heating type, and the constant temperature is controlled at 250 ℃ ~
300 ℃, which can dry the wet line.
In the pickling tank, use flux to remove oxidation and dirt on the
surface of copper wire to ensure the adhesion of tin coating.
The tin furnace is an electrothermal furnace with a capacity of 400
~ 550 kg and a constant temperature control of 250 ℃ ~ 270 ℃.
The lead roller is a roller whose speed can be adjusted arbitrarily
by the stepless speed change device. The tinned copper wire goes
around the roller and then to the take-up machine. Therefore, the
speed of the roller can be adjusted to adjust the wire speed of the
tinned copper wire.
The winder is composed of winding wheel and wire arrangement
mechanism, with a total of 40 groups. Each group is driven by a
separate torque motor.
