(1) The machine consists of trough for cooling and circulation of
drawing emulsion, gearbox, lubrication system.
(2) Two clip-and-run switches for die stringing by clip-and-run
operation. Device to prevent from back turn is offered.
(3) The drawing block and drawing die holder extend identical
distance from the body of gearbox. This special construction
results in good rigidity of spare parts significantly.
(4) Drawing blocks adopt steel wheels. Its surface is covered by
tungsten carbide to prolong use life.
(5) The gearbox is lubricated by oil pump with a 2.2kw. motor. All
the gears and bearings are lubricated by a heat exchange.
