Introduction
The RBD machine is equipped with a wire drawing lubricating liquid
cooling device. The wire drawing liquid enters the wire drawing
liquid tank through the heat exchanger or is directly injected into
the eye mold inlet in the mold base.
The heat exchanger of the above lubricating liquid cooling device
is set to control the liquid temperature. When the liquid
temperature is higher than the given temperature (generally 40 ℃),
manually open the water inlet valve to cool the lubricating liquid
through the heat exchanger. The wire drawing drum of the machine
adopts immersion lubrication and cooling.
During operation, about 1 / 4 of the wire drawing drum is immersed
in the liquid. For the cooling of the eye mold, the wire drawing
liquid is sprayed directly at the inlet of the eye mold in the mold
base through the pipeline. If it is found that the wire is broken
or the specification needs to be returned, the liquid stored in the
left and right liquid tanks shall be selectively released according
to the area. At the same time, the liquid inlet valve near the
lower end of the wire inlet mold shall be adjusted to the position
of the liquid required for die threading, so as to facilitate die
matching and wire threading.
The gearbox is circularly lubricated by a separate thin oil
station. The volume of the oil tank is 1m3, and the maximum oil supply is 125L / min. the oil is directly
supplied to the gear, bearing and other lubrication points of the
gearbox by the gear pump. The thin oil station is equipped with two
sets of motor gear pumps. During normal operation, one motor
operates.
