Introduction
Because the drawing drum of the machine is arranged in a row, and
the constant speed wheel is driven by a separate motor, the "rapid
die change" can be realized when changing the production
specification. As long as the speed setting switch of the constant
speed wheel motor is switched to the preset position according to
the specification requirements, there is no need to change a
production specification like the old wire drawing machine. All eye
molds must be reconfigured, that is, the eye molds above the
maximum finished product specification will never change.
Due to the unique die change mode and structural characteristics of
the wire drawing machine, when controlling a large specification,
the high-speed drum is temporarily idling to avoid ineffective work
and reduce noise. A clutch is arranged on the tenth drum shaft, and
the transmission key of the drum shaft can be disengaged when
necessary, so as to reduce power consumption and noise.
The device is mainly used to control the take-up speed and pull
speed to synchronize with the pull tension during take-up. It is
mainly composed of frame welded frame, tension storage wheel group,
fixed storage wheel group, air cylinder, air cylinder regulating
valve and tension feedback mechanism. In the take-up, if the
take-up speed is inconsistent with the pull wire speed, the movable
guide wheel group will move up and down along the guide column to
drive the cam to rotate, so that the end face spacing of its linear
proximity switch changes, and the take-up speed is controlled
through voltage conversion to make the take-up speed and pull wire
speed equal and consistent. The take-up tension can be obtained by
adjusting the working air pressure of the cylinder through the
manual pressure regulating valve.
