Introduction
Copper rod breakdown drawing machine
The equipment is mainly composed of swing arm paying off frame,
large wire drawing machine, wire storage device, double disc
automatic winding machine, continuous looping machine and pneumatic
device, lubrication system, electrical control system, etc.
A. Swing arm paying off frame
The pay off frame is mainly composed of column, swing arm, steering
roller, etc. The setting out rack is about 5000mm high and can
place two copper coils.
Continuous pay off can be realized after the end-to-end connection
between the two coils of copper bars.
B. Dala unit
The large drawing unit is a sliding type, equal diameter drawing
drum and copper wire drawing equipment. The machine is mainly
composed of drawing liquid cooling circulating tank, transmission
gearbox, transmission lubrication system, constant speed wheel,
main motor and constant speed wheel drive motor.
The main motor is directly connected through the transmission
gearbox through the coupling. The transmission gearbox is a
6-SECTION independent box, which is connected through bolts and
locating pins. In order to prevent the drum from reversing due to
the pull wire stress during parking or inching, overrunning
clutches are designed on the transmission chains of gearbox and
constant speed wheel respectively to prevent reversing, so as to
avoid the phenomenon of disconnection when driving again.
Note: the wire drawing unit must not be reversed, otherwise the
mechanism will be damaged
