1. Pay off rack
The setting out is a setting out rack with two working positions.
When replacing the wire fence, only swing the setting out rack to
complete the setting out process.
2. Wire drawing host
The transmission of the wire drawing host adopts gear transmission,
which has high transmission efficiency, low noise and long service
life. The lubrication of the gear adopts independent oil pump for
forced spray lubrication. The wire drawing wheel adopts a combined
tower wheel sprayed with carborundum on the surface, with high
hardness and wear resistance.
3. Tension device
Use the air cylinder to control the tension. When adjusting the
tension, you only need to adjust the air pressure to realize the
adjustment and control of the tension, which is convenient and
fast.
4. Take-up machine
The take-up mode is single reel, and the maximum take-up reel size
is 630mm. The shaftless take-up mode is adopted, and the upper and
lower reels are fast and safe.
